We offer a wide range of fresh seafood, which is sourced by hand from boat market and farm by our
experienced fishmongers.

We start every day at 3 o’clock in the morning to ensure we have the best catch and the best price for our restaurants.
Our business is operated in Scotland where we pride ourselves on sourcing the main majority of our fish from.

All deliveries are offered Monday to Saturday and come supplied in reusable chilled containers, as opposed to the
common Styrofoam boxes which litter tiny plastic balls throughout your workplace.

We simply deliver your order and leave the container with you until the next time we deliver. No excess packaging,
no additional rubbish and no waste. Our containers are also useful to our chef’s, providing cool storage through their
unique double skinned gel filled design, which allows their lid to be frozen.
