We spend a lot of time sourcing the best produce, as we believe that quality is what makes us stand out from our competitors.

All of our foods are sourced by hand from boat, market and farm by our experienced staff. We start everyday at 4am so that we can get the freshest fish. We have an eye for quality and a reputation for being the best at what we do.
